I made a new spare tire cover that allows access while my sub enclosure is installed.
You can see here my rear strut bar, 20" blue neon which replaced the stock trunk light and a nice wire mess.

I might put the Nissan symbols on the box too but im not sure yet.
This is one of the works in progress I cut out holes for 2 6X9s and 2 6 1/4 speakers.
