Needs some work. As is, it does over 90mph in the quarter, that works out to a low 15 second run. But next year I'm swapping out the non-turbo motor and 4spd ECT tranny, for the 7M-GTE turbo and the W-series (non-turbo,shifts smoother, costs less, and strong enough for my needs) 5spd manual.

Planning on fixing it up over the spring. I'm thinking I might get a low-profile spoiler (like off of an old Chevrolet Cavelier) and building a custom front splitter(might skip that, the stock airfoil is kinda flimsy and needs repair or replacement)...New news on the front end...now ive heard of Mk3 Supra bumpers fitting on the front of the Cresi, and have actually seen an example of this done...SO, im pretty sure I will end up going that route.

UPGRADES SO FAR-this is all I know of, someone has done a fair bit of work mechanically to this car before i got it.

Differential-4.10:1 ratio LSD
Stereo-Alpine CDA-9806 head unit, 50W X 4, CD(R/RW), MP3, WMA
Alpine TypeS 10 inch subwoofer, 300W RMS, 900W max
2 Pionner 6 X 9 inch, 80W nominal, 300W max
2 Clarion 6.5 inch, 50W RMS, 150W max
2 stock 1 inch tweeter's, 15W max (regulated)
Pioneer 2 channel amplifier, 300W max
Lanzar Heritage 4 channel amplifier, 300W RMS, 600W max
150W (at the amplifiers) to 6 x 9's and 6.5's
300W (at the amplifiers) to 10 inch subwoofer
50W to tweeters from the deck amplifier (regulated to 15)
16 gauge wiring all around, non-shielded RCA cables
single 5 gauge power wire with 100 amp inline fuse
twin 8 guage ground wires, one per amplifier
Exhaust-removed resonator and muffler (both rotten), straight
pipe and glasspack added(it was inexpensive =)"

FUTURE UPGRADES
Engine-7M-GTE turbo engine swap
ported and polished heads
ported intake manifold (possibly custom)
ported exhaust manifold
Exhaust-3 inch downpipe
performance muffler(something chromed and ricey, not
sure exactly what though)
high-flow cat. converter
resonator(don't want it too loud, keep it kinda sleeper,
and keep the law from complaining on a regular basis)
Intake-K&N performance filter, K&N performance intake piping
for a turbo Supra should fit as well, but might fabricate
my own
Transmission-W51 5-speed transmission swap
Suspension-turbo Supra suspension swap (if everything fits,
still have to do some research on that) and upgraded
springs and struts, possibly other bits, have to do
some more research
Stereo-Alpine DTS digital 5.1 surround sound
5 channel Alpine DTS amplifier(50W X 5 RMS, approx. 750W
max in total) (got it sittng at home, last one in Ontario =P)
Alpine monblock amplifier, 500W X 1 RMS, approx 1500W max
IVA-106 Alpine DVD/CD(R/RW)/MP3/WMA/DivX receiver),7 inch
motorized touchscreen, 18W X 4 RMS (200W max total)
Alpine 1DIN (1 slot)centre channel, 50W RMS, 150W max
2 Alpine TypeR 6.5 inch speakers, 2 way coaxial
2 Alpine TypeR 6 X 9 inch speakers, 2 way coaxial
Twin Alpine TypeR 10 inch subwoofer, 500W RMS, 1500W max

7M-GE DOHC straight 6. Beautifull...smooth and very strong. Only mechanical failure since certification was the head gasket (covered under warranty). A common problem, as the original factory head bolt torque specs are lousy. Had to have the head machined as well as a result. The motor makes about 200 bhp and 190 lb-ft of torque. The car is mechanically stock save for a glasspack muffler (replaced out of nescesity, chose the muffler because it was cheap) and a removed resonator (original was rotten, straight pipe instead). Unfortunatly, since August, my ride's been out of commision, my rear shocks and springs are gone. Parts are difficult to source (for example, I ordered the last official factory parts from toyota in all of north america...theyre from California, on the opposite side of the continent), and expensive to pay for. I got my springs sitting inside my car, still gota get the shocks (7 months and still havent fixed the damn thing.)

Nice pic of my dash. You can't see the milage, but it sits at about 306,000km at the moment (a little under 200,000 miles)

6 speaker Alpine stereo, about 850 watts at the speakers(est. just under 1000 at the amps) but I'm upgrading to surround sound next year, with about 2250 watts total power at the amps( I know, other people have more...but does it sound as coheerant, clear, and spacious?..quality and clarity matters most, not outright bass and volume.) That red patch in the middle of my sub is a cheap repair on my old Alpine VR10...got my TypeS now, and I'll be sure to get pics soon =)"

Driver's side tyre laying a strip. I took the pic myself and with my cellphone (all my other pics as well on my phone) so it looks pretty out of focus. Its hard to hold the wheel straight and get a good pic =)". Car smokes both tyres with the upgraded 4.10 LSD

My ride doing an acceleration run (1/8 mile). Not a very good run though, I was recording while driving, which is kinda hard to do when you have to shift the gearbox(my solenoids are gone). As well, the video quality is low because I used my cellphone. My best timed run was a 10.51 on a wet road with crappy tyres.
