Well when I bought this car, it had a blown engine (2.7L V6)and thats all that looked like was wrong with it. As me and my Grandpa started working on it we found out that someone had left the windows down and the carpet and padding was SOAKED. The whole interior was ripped up and dried and then repadded. The change fr om the 2.7L to the 2.4L no in it was an experience. We had problems with the stock computer not wanting to work with the 2.4 and several othe r things. It was a fun experience. Here is what the car looked like when I got it.
One thing I didn't mention was the fact that the 2.7 was blown TWICE. First time for sludging and the second time because after the rebuild they didn't get the oil filter on all the way and it leaked out all of the oil. Here are some pictures(not very good ones) of how wet the carpet was and the 2.4L in.
