I bought my Jeep in June 2001. It has a 4.0L 5 speed. It came with 30x9.5x15 tires.I have both a hard top, soft top and bikini top. Over the summer of 2001 I added a leaf spring to my suspension which raised my Jeep 3 inches. During the winter of 2002 I completed a SOA conversion. This took approximately 4 weeks. I added a transfer case lowering kit and a steering box brace bracket. My Jeep is sitting on a set of 35x12.5x15 MTR Goodyear tires. The rims are American Racing 15x10 Baja. I also designed a custom tire carrier to support the heavy 35 inch spare. I'm using Yukon Gears 4.56 ratio. I also never used a SYE eliminator kit but really need one. I get very little vibration on the highway. I experience a little shake in first gear until i reach 20kms/hr. The eliminator kit will reduce this. I also made a 3 link ladder bar that elimates wheel hop. I would recomment this to anyone that plans on completing a soa conversion.
I now have 4000 kms on my new tires. I would deffently recommend the tires to anyone. They are great in mud, sand, rocks, and on the highway. They are not a loud as I expected for the size of the lug.
As for stability I haven't found all thet much of a difference. With the 15x10 rims my jeep is about 6 inches wider than stock. It isnt that tippy.

I recently moved to Edson Alberta where I scrapped the old leaf springs and installed a set of Tough Country 3" Arched Springs. I also purchased and installed a transfer case Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit with a CV driveshaft.... No Vibrations at all now. I installed a 9000Lb Warn Winch With new Lights. Hope to see all at Rockey Mountain Jeep Jamboree this year.
These are Pictures of the first year I had the Jeep
These Pics are after the lift was completed.
I tinted all of my windows with Extreme Limo Tint 2.5%
THE DAY I GOT STUCK
It doesn't look that bad. But under the transfer case there was a huge rock which kept me spinning. I have a lot more off road pics to scan.
My Jeep Has a JVC CD/MP3 player which puts out 200 watts to two 4x6 speakers in the front and to two 5.25 speakers in my sound bar. I also have a Kenwood Amp which runs a 600 watt 10 inch Kenwood subwoofer.
