Saved from a barn after 20 years!!! Alot of effort into reviving it, let me know what you think so far...

Two Major rust spots on entire vehicle, and a few minor areas that could use a touch up.

But straight out of the barn, a wash, some polish, paint and some armor all, the chrome shined bright and the interior reveals no cracks, tears, or otherwise

Car needed some livening after sitting so long, so far, a carb, intake, wheel bearings, etc has been done. on the list of things left to install are an HEI MSD dist, victor jr intake manifold, long tubes, and the built 700r4 with a slap shifter and shift kit (all in garage)

Good project man. Good luck. Why did you choose the Victor intake? Are you gonna be running alot of compression with a big cam and a lot of gear?

I dont check my page often enough, but i see your message about body panels. Ill tell ya right now, that generation will be hard to work with as far as body stuff. i found this web site called junkyarddog.com. Get on it and fill out an application, consisting of all your contact info, what your looking for, what other year models are compatible with yours as far as parts go, what your working with, and it will submit that application to any and all junkyards that are online. Thats how i found my fenders, bumper and impact obsorbers. had a guy in texas responded back, called the guy, he sent me some photos via email. paid him over the phone, he shipped them out on grey hound bus, i picked the shipment up at the local grey hound station. NO JOKE! you can ship stuff cheap on a grey hound bus. i got my parts from a 75 malibe station wagon. the fourth gen body stuff is compatible with 73-77 malibu, malibu station wagon, chevelle, and monte carlo. ECPARTS.NET is a great company dealing specifically with fourth gens. with some research i have found a good amount of stuff out there with fourth gen stuff. get on the phone, ask alot of questions, and you'll find what you need. I've torn my 76 apart, and built it back up. let me know if you need any help. anything, small, big. chad 850-910-1618
