This is my second Supra project car. I'm working on fixing it up really nice. I got it for $300. It runs like a champ...it just doesn't look like one lol. It needs work on the body and the interior. I like that kinda stuff so it's not a big deal. all the carpet was stripped out when I got it. I'm planning on using that to my advantage and dynamatting the entire interior then laying carpet over that, unless that's a bad idea. I'm doing research on it so we'll see.
WORK DONE TO THE CAR SO FAR
-New Radiator
-new valve cover gaskets
-painted valve covers and Y-Pipe silver with 1200 degree ceramic engine paint.
-Cold Air Intake
-black carpeting (until I dynamat the interior)
-painting the trim gunmetal grey (because the previous owner painted the entire car black and I just kinda perfer the gunmetal grey trim.)
-blue gauge bulbs (Got them from Parts Plus. bulb numbers 194B $5 or $6 for all of them)
-Sanded the tail lights cos the last ones were painted black in a weird way. Check out the pic to see barely what's left of the black paint on the tail light.
-Bought MKIV "Supra" emblem from the toyota dealership. I put it there cos the original "Toyota Supra" writing is gone since he painted over the trim.
