1964 PONTIAC TEMPEST STATION WAGON
Well let see I have owned this RARE 64 Tempest station wagon for about 17 years now and it hasnt seen daylight in almost 5 years until today!!! I charged the battery for a few minutes cranked it over got the oil pressure up pumped the gas a few times and she started right up like I just shut her off....
This is a rare wagon as I said already I have it registered with POCI and did a title search of other 64 wagons and found its ! of 3 known to exist in NY and supposedly theres only 90 left through out the states! Niow before you guys get all crazy emailing me, just do the math first off they only made around 5,000 of these in 64 and WHO bought them??? Well family men, and handymen workers, and when they gave up on them who got them next? it was either the junkyard or they guy from the demolition derby, thats right remember the car of choice at a demo-derby it was a WAGON another reason alot of early wagons are rare these days!!!
Now this one is 100% original except for the rally wheels and dual exhaust, its has a 326 v8 with auto trans, no power steering, no power brakes, last time a did a road trip with it to Rhinebeck GoodGuys car show she gave me almost 24mpg!!!
enjoy the pics I will post some more soon, send in your comments and give the old girl some votes!!!

this picture is one of the other 90 known 64 tempest wagon survivors same color too!

this is another 64 tempest wagon I ran into at a show a few years back, I had mine at the show too but never got to take a picture with them together, this car was from maryland if anyone knows the owner feel free to tell him his cars on the website here...so theres 3 known to exist now, lol. I know of one in a junkyard in jersey afew years back, and one was recently junked here in brooklyn, it was too far gone to save, I did check it out though
