Bonneville Cold Air Intake
Making an intake for this car is very easy. You just need basic hand tools and either a hack saw or Dremel. I also replaced the 195 (stock)thermostat with a 180 stat . List of parts (prices include shipping)-
Intake pipe - (off of Ebay) $25 (this is the same pipe you can get at Autozone for $40 . Look on Ebay for them , they are made for Integras.
K&N RX-4750 air filter ( AJ USA ) - $55
IAT extension - ( ZZP Performance ) $20
4" - 3" reducer/coupler - (Ebay) - $18
180 thermostat & gasket - (Pep Boys) $12
Total - $130
You can save some cash on a few of these items . You can use a different K&N filter, but the one mentioned has a location for the IAT sensor. I had to cut off about 4 1/2" off of the long end of the intake pipe so it would fit within the space with the air filter attached. It took about 30-45 minutes start to finish to get everything in .
Heres what I had before, a gutted airbox. I used a Dremel to cut out the hole in the front and to remove the insides of the box.

Air box is out.

The IAT hole in the filter is too small for the IAT to fit in . I used an Xacto knife to make the hole big enough for the IAT. I didn't use the Dremel because it would have made too much of a mess, I didn't want to risk any rubber bits going into the engine.

Close up of the TB. I was going to take out the MAF screen , but when I saw some of the small pieces of leaves in it, I decided not to. I've done this in the past to other GM cars I've owned, it didn't really seem to do much except make the car idle different.

CAI installed. I still have to relocate the PCM and make a plexiglass enclosure.
