FRONT HEAT EXCHANGER (RAD) MOUNTED

HEADERS INSTALLED

SUPERCHARGER IS BACK ON WITH NO FUEL RAILS (USED HIGH TEMP RTV ON BOTH SIDES OF EACH GASKET ON TOP AND BOTTOM OF I/C CORE TO MAKE A BETTER SEAL WITH NO LEAKS)


HOSES ARE IN WITH ALTERNATOR RELOCATION BRACKET (NOT REALLY NEEDED BUT IT WOULD BE WAY TO CLOSE TO THE SUPERCGARGER IF NOT USED, AND THE ZIP TIES ARE ONLY TO HOLD HOSES AND MAKE SURE THEY DONT MOVE BACK AND FORTH TO TOUCH ANY BELTS)

TRYING TO FIND A PLACE TO MOUNT PUMP AND FILL KIT (ZZP's INSTRUCTIONS SHOWS TO INSTALL THE FILL KIT BY THE INTAKE, WHICH I DIDNT LIKE TOO MUCH JUST INCASE A LEAK HAPPENS I DONT WANT MY ENGINE SUCKING COOLANT THROUGH THE INTAKE!)

COILS NEEDED TO BE SPACED OUT FOR THE SUPERCHARGER BELT CLEARANCE (SO I USED ONE LONGER SCREW AND SOME WASHERS,NOT THE BEST IDEA... BUT IT WORKS)

SYSTEM IS ALL FILLED UP AND READY FOR A START...
I'LL POST FINAL PICS WITH EVERYTHING INSTALLED (BUMPER, FUEL RAILS, INTAKE... etc)
