Hi, my name's Courtney, I'm 23 years old and live in Canaan, NH. I've been modding my cars since I've had my license to drive, mostly focusing on Car Audio. This is my 2nd Scion tC (First had a 2006 Flint Mica) but fell in love with the Black Sand Pearl. I purchased this car May 24th, 2008 as an early birthday present to myself. Manual transmission, very sexiful, and totally stock when I picked it up from Toyota of Nashua (Thanks everybody who put up with me during that 6hr process!). This page is an overview of the work which has been done, starting with it stock to the newer upgrades lower on the page. Please feel free to leave me feedback on my tC with suggestions and overall comments and check back often for updates - they happen all the time! YES, IT'S A GIRLS CAR. NO, THERE IS NO DAMN PINK ON IT! But enough about me, this is a car site, right?

WELCOME TO 2009:
Seeing how it's the middle of winter, there isn't too much I can do, but I have started ordering the parts I need for Spring/Summer!
January 7: My new Konig Feather 17" rims came in! Can't wait to put the tires on them, and best of all they are Ultra Light Weight - hurry up Spring!!
January 11: PIAA 7440 Chrome Orange bulbs came in. The bulbs look white/chrome but they still light up orange (so leave me alone 5-0!) Great little upgrade that changes the overall look of the front end. First picture is BEFORE and the second is AFTER the install of the light.
January 31st: Got my LED work back and reinstalled. My camera SUCKS when it comes to taking pictures of my LEDs. So, sorry for the crappy pics!! Had my steering wheel controls and door switch controls (passanger and driver side) swapped to Purple and my foglight push button switch swapped to Red. I also have Purple under dash lighting that pulses to the music :)

February 14th: Happy V-Day everybody! I spent today fixing my e-brake boot (came loose) and repainting my radiator cover to match my interior. Also added new CMS and Sciongirl decals ordered in custom purple. I also ordered a new leather shift boot to match my e-brake boot and the TRD leather shift knob to complete the leather!
February 20th: AVS In-Channel vent visors came in, my TRD Leather shift knob came in. Also took the time today to give Baby a good bath... looks so good! 
April 4th: Installed the Five Axis Front/Rear. The sides need some body work because one has a huge crack in it.
I'm toying with the idea of possibly repainting the car with a high gloss HOK Black and adding a purple flake to the clear coat. OR, just leaving the OEM BSP color paint and adding a purple flake to its clear coat.
April 18th: Installed my Oznium Inferno V1 kit. It's a fun little addtion for night shows. Not sure how well it will survive the winter in NH, but we'll find out! I have it set to 7 color purple in the pics (one daytime, one twilight). If I can ever figure out that damn remote they gave me with the kit, I'll try and find a 3 million color darker purple which will look MUCH better!
April 29th: Repainted the interior.
May 12th: Installed my TRD Black Chrome Limited Edition strut brace.
May 18th: Installed my new TWM Stage 2 short shifter. Still waiting for the RAZO knob to come in but what a HUGE difference between the Fidanza to the TWM. Smooth shifts and a much shorter stance. It's just perfect. First picture compares the size of the Fidanza to the TWM and the second is it installed.
May 24th: Finished and installed my debadged rear trunk emblem handle (also known as the rear garnish). Lots of bondo work, and then LOTS of sanding. I think it came out great! Unfortunatly I don't have any pics of the bondo work, but after all that sanding I did I don't think I'd have the ability to hold the camera up lol.
May 29th: Installed (finally arrived) RAZO Super LO 300g shift knob. Looks great with my new TWM shifter.
**Major Upgrade: System Swap!**
I went from running a 15" Kicker L7 to 2 12" L7s. The boxes were designed and built by TC Customz, Saskatchewan, Canada. Install done by the Electionic Super Store in West Lebanon, NH. Still no trunk space :) Be sure to check page 2 for additional information on other Audio upgrades already in the car!
June 13th: I had run into some issues with my tinted tail lights before inspection was due, so I decided to start tracking down a set of TYC tail lights. Thankfully, a member of NRG was selling his. I'm waiting for another can of VHT Nite Shades to come in so I can tint them, but I plan to leave the reverse/brake lights untinted so I don't run into any issues with the lights being "too dark". I also ordered LED Reverse and LED amber Blinker bulbs for the tails so there should be NO issues about the lights not being bright enough once they've been tinted :)
June 25th: Finally got around to tinting the TYCs. Happy with them, and the whole look of the car.
