This is my 1972 Oldsmobile 442 W-30
I bought it for $2800 last fall and i started working on it. It is definitely a work in progress. I have the whole body stripped now. The tranny has been totally rebuilt and the engine was rebuilt and everything. Well it hasn't been put back together but all the pieces are there and brand new or redone.
For those who dont know there were only about 200 of 1972 442's made. It has a stock 455 V8 and it is one heavy and powerful engine.
This is what it should be doing when im finished with it.
HP: 650
Torque: 570s
1/4 mile: 10s @ 130 mph
-with slicks
Top Speed: 170 mph
