I just got my ZE ECU chip, I will give the news on the install and any power gains soon !
I am looking for a larger throttle body but no luck so far. Millenia S injectors, 255 lph fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator coming soon hopefully.
Also thinking about a small shot of nitrous or turbo but i don't want to risk any engine damage. I will however get a pretty serious port and polish job done on the heads, maybe intake too, when i find a decent shop with a flow bench, it's hard to find one close to my place.
I just ordered a new set of headers, they will replace the pacesetter ones that I am using now. The new headers keep the same design as the factory downpipe but are much larger in size. 1 5/8 primary tubes with a 2.5" collector. They should also sound much much better.
Aug.8/08 My headers arrived, Wow , much better quality than those Pacesetter pieces of crap. Vids will be here as soon as they are installed to get a opinion of the sound difference.
NOTE: If anyone is thinking about Pacesetter headers, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!! they are garbage, I opted for the optional ceramic coating and it rusted off in just 2 years !!! One major thing I bet people dont realise is that the downpipe on pacesetter headers is a 1/4 inch SMALLER than stock. Yup the down pipe is 2 inches in diameter. Good for a GEO I guess...
