When I first got my truck from my father pretty much the only thing that was on it that I didn't have to get was exhaust. Now it is completely re-done with a ton of great mods from front to rear and under the hood.
Above is the most recent picture of my truck with everything but the one below shows what I had started with.
After that I slowly began to add on first starting with blue xenon lights because the old ones were faded bad. Then continuing on I added an Airaid cold air intake as shown below.
A short while after that I wanted to add more to my truck and wanted to be able to see better at night I added some aftermart TYC diamond cut headlights and turn signals which turned out to be the best thing for making the front of my truck stand out from those old faded stock headlights and turn signals.
Soon after that I decided to do an l.e.d. conversion in the rear with stock looking l.e.d. taillights (I don't like the look of all the euro style taillights they make for these style trucks), and an l.e.d. third brake light as well.
Now the most recent upgrade that I put on my truck is a Python remote start and keyless entry system for those cold mornings. I got this cuz I hate having to go outside and leave the key in my truck while its warming up during the winter. There is a vid of it on page 3.
Recently around Christmas '08 I have put in a K&N Cold Air Intake which has dramatically improved my air flow and horsepower and torque gain. Here are some pics for you to look at.
