This was my 1985 Volvo 240. The frist car that I bought new from a Dealer. Back in the day. My wife drove it for about ten years and then it happened. We had to break down and buy a mini van. So I took over the 240. I being a sick twisted car guy could not leave it alone. I added 17" rims with low profile radials, IDP Sway Bars, K&N air cleaner (dam the California Smog patrol) I put a 2.5" mandrel bent performance exhaust, a tach in the dash replacing the big 4" clock and added a small turbo clock in the turbo dash opening. I had to order the dash opening to accomidate the small clock. It looked factory and allowed me to get to where I was going on time with out blowing up the motor. Oh, and I had a 4 speaker AM/FM/CD player that was awesome. This car drove like it was on rails and sounded like a monster. I sold it in a moment of weakness as it only has 256,000 miles on it. Just getting broken in.
