HERE IS ANOTHER PROJECT OF MINE.
PICKED UP ON SATURDAY MAY 17, 2008.
THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THIS BEAUTY HAD OWNED IT SINCE 77 AND HIS SON GENEROUSLY SOLD THIS TO ME FOR $1700. I KNOW I GOT A GOOD DEAL CONSIDERING HE HAD EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT OF THIS CAR INCLUDING ENGINE REPLACEMENT AT 102,000, AS WELL AS ALL FLUID AND HOSES REPLACEMENTS AND THE CAR ONLY HAS 126,000 MILES ON IT. HE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF THIS CAR AND I HAD TO BEG MY OL LADY TO LET ME BORROW A COUPLE HUNDRED TO MEET HIM AT THE PRICE NEGOTIATED. PREPEARE FOR A TOTAL TRANSFORMATION OF THIS CLASSIC...

Man, the economy is no joke! I know a couple of comapnies that used to sponsor rides are feeling the hurt, but I can check with my boy at Lexani for prices. Now as far as interior goes, California Upholstery does excellent work, but I've heard good things about a place in Bell Gardens, CA called "Backyard Custom Interior". It's going to take time to complete my Cutty, but I'm looking to add some sik paint, a Chevy 350 engine, custom interior, custom fiberglass audio/video, 22" or 24" wheels, big brake package and chrome suspension. The only stock things I want left in my Cutty is the body, the frame and the bolts, lol.
