This is a two owner 1972 Mark IV. I have owned it since 1975 and drove it when it was almost new. It belonged to a girlfriend who I dated in those days. It has had a basic paint job, new top and new front suspension about 6,000 miles ago. It just made 100,000 miles and to celebrate I gave it a new engine. It has a "new" 460 from a 1971 Mark III with ported and polished D0VE heads, bored .030 over, forged pistons, Ultradyne cam, headers, Flowmasters, Holley Street Avenger 770 cfm carb, Pertronix electronic ignition and more. It makes an estimated 450HP and over 550lbft. torque at the flywheel. I changed the 2.80 rear end to a Traction Loc with 3.50 gears.
This is not your grandma's Lincoln. Now I just need an oil well.
