Finishing Manual Swap Up This WEEK!
This is my Boosted Obnoxious Red Swapped Auto-Manual tC. This is my first car owned the car since 2008 never really thought I would do much, but it has become an addiction since. The car came stock with a Hotchkis Strut Tower, AEM Battery Tie Down, AEM Oil Cap. The first item upgraded was the stereo to the premium Scion headunit with the iPod integration cable. Then I basically bought everything TRD, TRD Exhaust, TRD Intake, then came tinted windows 35% Front 20% Rear and then went and upgraded my stock headlights to 2008+ with 6K HIDs from HIDextra and 8K Nokya Bulbs.
Spring/Summer 2010: Thought my car was "modded" so decided to go to some shows..... fail. Noticed everyones stereos and systems so decided to hold off and mod some more. Went with TRD Rear Sway Bar, TRD Lowering Springs, Scion Navigation with iPod Integration, PTuning License Plate Holder.
I ended up being introduced to turbo and fell in love. Jokingly,
searching on craigslist searching for a turbo kit just to see for pricing, I found a brand new GReddy Turbo Kit with the GReddy E-Manage Ultimate and RC 440 Injectors in Tennesse, 12 hr car ride down (obv. rest is history now). Then I ended up buying a Dezod E-Manage Ultimate PnP Harness, HKS SSQV, GReddy Turbo Timer, PTuning Turbo Timer Harness, GReddy Oil Pressure Gauge, AEM TRU Boost gauge, AEM UEGO gauge, PTuning Vacuum Manifold, B&M Transmission Cooler and a Street Glow Oil Cooler.
Summer 2011: Took off the TRD Exhaust and installed a PTuning turboback exhaust. Also installed a custom box with a Phoenix Gold Sub and 800 Watt AMP. Other then that been Working on a transmission swap from auto to manual. (Page 2 for Build)
Took OC Car Show First Place for Scions (Outside), but you can guarantee I'm coming with more next year.
