I bought this '94 M Edition Miata in March of '08. Not much to tell about it yet except that I love it! It's Montego Blue with all the usual M Edition options such as leather seats and steering wheel, Nardi shift handle, wooden ebrake handle, CC, PS, PB, Air, etc.. I had a '94 Laguna Blue briefly when I lived in San Diego back in '99 and I had forgotten how much fun these cars are to drive! This is what it looked like when I got it:
And after a LOT of cleaning and some minor repairing (note the "style" bar/windblocker, front license frame and missing luggage rack pieces):
I've not done too much to it yet, just changed some fluids, fixed some broken things and replaced some missing parts (note "new" luggage rack pieces installed).
The main thing I've tried to do is take it back to OEM for the most part. I removed the "style" bar and replaced the OEM cockpit brace (which required some bolts and spacers for the bar and seat belt anchors that the PO lost). Also, I removed front license bracket as they are not required in Indiana.
The only mods I've done are to fix the side marker lights to blink off and on with the turn signals, changed out front turn/marker lights with all clear ones, added some interior lights and a trunk lift kit.
I've also replaced the original worn leather steering wheel with a nice leather and rosewood model from Moss Motors as well as refinished the e-brake handle in rosewood. I think I'll change the tailights to clear Alteezas at some point and get the seats redone in nice leather, but that's about it for now. I see a complete restoration of the body some years down the road. I hope you enjoy the pics.
Here's one of me and my real love!
latest: I finally decided to get rid of the "smile" grill that was aftermarket; I also installed an OEM front air dam - love it!

I finally got around to finding a pair for the clear Alteeza-type tail light lenses. I think the stock dark lens are too dark for the Miata, especially if it's a darker colored car. These new ones really stand out. Thanks to Craigslist and Brad from Wales!

On August 27, 2009, this Miata found a new home. I hope they really enjoy it; it's a lot of fun!!
