General Summary:
This is my 2008 Cobalt LT2 serving as my new Project/Hobby/Daily Driver. I lost my previous car which was a 99' Civic due to another unexpected engine failure. My mind was cluttered and I lost ability to comprehend the lost. So I ended up going out to look for a car and randomly bought a Cobalt. It was a mistake that I made to get into a car payment without thinking about it but now that I have this Cobalt I plan on making up for the lost of my Civic. This is my first shift into domestic cars. Even though I'm paying for it monthly that doesn't mean I'm going to leave it stock. I don't keep any car I'm driving completely stock muthafuckers! I need alot of help since I'm not familar with the Cobalt. Any suggestions or comments, I would love to hear them.

Updates:

~Paint Finished~(5/20/09)
The wing is finally finished painted. Looks good. Maybe I can turob-charge it so that it becomes an SS, I don't know. But maybe I can get some rims. Just a matter of time I guess. Debadging comes this weekend. Look out for that. Later.

~SS Should-be~(5/16/09)
Just installed a SS wing on the LT. Did because I like it more than the stock OEM wing. It's not the same color as the body but I'll be painting it soon. More pics of it on page 2. That will be the last thing I do to the Cobalt for a while since I plan on getting my true tuner in October. Look out for it soon. Later...

~HID Glow~(4/19/09)
Well people, after having silly problems with this seller, and trying to install a HID kit in the Cobalt, I finally managed to get it done. I wanted 10000K but the seller mistakenly shipped 8000K but I'll deal with it. They aren't that bright because of the 20% headlight tint but it's alright, I just wanted something better than regular halogen bulbs. But this will be the final mod for the Cobalt. I'm not interested in modding it anymore since my real intention is to get me a Civic again and sell the Cobalt sometime next year. It's possible that I might lose the car next month because I have yet to get a second job to pay for the note. Hopefully that won't happen. Keep out for more updates.

~Car out the Shop~(3/20/09)
Finally got the car out the shop after a good three long ass weeks of waiting. Cost had amounted to over $5,000!! That shop was expensive but they do an excellent job of restoring the car. But I'm just glad to get the car back. Now I decided I will keep the car seeing that it's nearly impossible to sell especially at the price I want. But I still intend to get another Civic because that is where my heart is at. This car will then serve as my daily driver. Can't modify it too much anymore since I want to keep it reliable.

~Winter Attack and Car for Sale~(3/1/08)
Well people I happened to drive out to go to my second job on the first of March at around 11:15pm. I come around this white-outted curve a little too fast and lose control smacking into the curve bending my axle. FUCK!!!! Now the car is currently in the shop for the fix. But I've already decided I can no longer afford the Cobalt. I decided that I will sell it. So the car is officially for sale. I can't take it anymore. I don't have money for myself due to the car. I have to let it go. So after it gets fixed, I'm selling. I plan on heading back to imports people. That's where I originally was. I also have Cobalt springs & eyelids for sale if anyone's interested.
~Parts Ordered~(1/10/08)
I went ahead and ordered some new parts for the Cobalt. Those parts include an 8000K HID kit, SSI 2/2.25" lowering springs, and black eyelids. Lowering the Cobalt is must. There is no such thing as me keeping it at stock height. I also plan to de-badge it entirely, remove the side trimmng and paint the stock rims black.
