This is my 1978 Solar Gold Trans Am. I bought it July 2007 with 51,000 Original Miles. It was garage stored though all the winters since it was borne. It hasn't seen a snowflake and it has the original paint. The body parts appear to be original and NO rust. I found the original build sheet behind the back seat. I ordered all the information available from PHS including a window sticker. It appears to be a numbers matching car, and it drives and performs very well. I got caught in a rain storm on the way to my first car show. I exited the Trans Am high and dry. The car's T-Tops were dry as a bone. I was very lucky to find a truly original 30 year old sports car.
