This 88 Honda CRX. I purchased in poor condition from my coworker at hall acura in Newport News VA. My first phase was to restore as much of the body as I could. It started off small repairing a rust here and their, then became a huge project. I ended up stripping off the factory body parts and installed after market body parts I ordered from Andys auto sport. I did loads of welding and stretching back the body frame as close to original as I could. Did some cutting, in order to fit the new body kit that I got for the CRX. This process took me 9 months to do. I finnaly got the body kit together and did loads of sanding and priming. My project which 1 year ago was only to make it look decent to drive back and fourth to work, turned out to be more and more than I expected. I removed the factory wheels and installed factory wheels off a 99-02 civic, Alpine multimedia player, two Del sol seats. Viper alarm, new factory exhaust, and back-up camara. It turned out nice. I installed a set of Kumo tires, and did an alignment. My biggest thing was to make the body a little more presentable when driving. Now my new project is to install a B18 motor and spice up the suspension. I have no clues what else Im going to do with the car, but I like how this is turnning out.
