I have a 1993 Range Rover County LWB 4.2L. I love my vehicle because it's very unique and very capable off-road.

Mine was top of the line SUV in 1993...it was bought for $49,000 (About 69k in 2006 dollars).

I keep it well maintained, because they're known for breaking down a lot. Its more of a hobby car than a daily ride, but it's definitely a head-turner because not many of them around. I took off most of the dealer accessories (running boards, front spoiler with fog lights, all of the mud-flaps).

It's got an air-suspension that automatically adjust itself depending on the terrain/speed of the vehicle. If the computer feels that the chassis is grounded, then it will automatically raise to its highest off-road position...

As of right now I have only have two aftermarket mods, the shocks and exhaust system. Very great sounding exhaust.

For the summer I have the following mods planned:

Window tint to presidential tint (to match paint)
Upgrade sound system
-new woofer
-new head unit
-bluetooth
Tail light guards

UPDATE *1/22/2009*

The EAS has gone out on the Range Rover, so I will be converting it to springs with the following:

-2" Lift Rovertym Medium Duty Springs

- Old Man Emu Shocks

- Atlantic British EAS converstion kit, without springs.

I will be doing the conversion myself at the end of February, and pics will surely follow!

Oh that's too bad, the air-suspension is well know for being un-reliable. Mine also went out so I replaced them with the RoverTym 2inch Coils. But I should have bought the 3inch. http://www.rovertym.com/

Good Lookin LWB, It's great to see you still have the air-suspension.
