we went to pasco bug jam in dade city florida on nov 9,met & spoke to alot of people,never had so many people tell me I was that crazy in my life....had alot of fun with people seeing if they noticed our doors being different...but mainly tell me I'm nuts for the engine....orangerail's 1972 Volkswagen Beetleorangerail's 1972 Volkswagen Beetle

but all in all we had fun and will definitely go back....we got third in "full custom" class....never saw the other cars....but hell we took home hardware from the biggest show on the east coast.....

Nice to hear from ya , good to see your still doing mods on it. Im kinda at a stand still for another 3 months. But i do have a question for you. How did you suicide your doors? kit ? or did ya use stock hindges ? Throw me some info plz ! Looking awsome man , that engine is a MONSTER !!!

What kind/type of blue and silver are you using for the paint? I like the color scheme. I just bought (Aug 22, 2009) a 72 super beetle and I've been looking around for paint ideas. I really like the color combination of your beetle. Great job.
