Been awhile since I posted up anything here, but that does not mean that the mods have stopped. Since my last posting, I have reworked the lighing in the car...again.
Instrument Cluster...Thanks to Kevin for getting the overlays made. The lights used behind these are a strip light. The hot spots shown here do not appear in person.
The footwell lighting has been changed from strip lights to a light fixture. These just give it more of an OE look in the car. LED bulbs behind them all.
And also under the doors...same fixture mounted as the foot well lights for front and rear as a courtesy light in the bottom of the door panel firing down.
Some interior panel changes...A34 Maxima sill plates (the brushed aluminum looks clean)
Some brushed aluminum vinyl added to some interior panels to match the sill plates. I cut my own out of a roll rather than buying a kit.
And the addition of anotherr amp to the audio system to power a center channel. The amp powers a mid and tweet that match the others that were mounted in the center of the dash. I cut the panel and fabbed up a grill to fit and it looks pretty clean. Every speaker in the system has its own dedicated amplifier channel now.
