This is a 1965 Ford f-800 , with 13,939 mile bought new by the northfield VT. fire Dept. It has a 391 4V 225 hp, 5 speed spicer 6000 x-tra heavy duty, Eaton no-slip 2 speed 17800 rear end, this truck was in service until 1996 . when it was replace by and IH diesel. I plan on making into a wrecker with the no-slip rear and the 391 it should tow like a Bear

YES, restore it!!! Nothing like vintage Ford restoration; keep the legend alive! I drove a later-model modified F-800 deicer as an acft maintainer; she's a BEAST! Not sure what the engine was, but I LOVED it. Good luck with this gem!
