if you feel inside your rear wheel well's, you'll feel a metal lip. rolling the fenders is when they roll this lip up, so it doesn't hit the tire.

I have a slight rub in the front when i turn the wheel all the way, and if i put people in my backseat i rub the rear qtr panel. The front is nothing major, hardly ever happens and isn't going to hurt anything. The back i'm just going to roll the fenders. I'm running a 22"x8" rim with a 35 offset, and a 245/30/22 Tire. I would def. recommend the 22's, and you wont have to lift it. I'm actually dropping mine about 2" on Eibach springs as soon as i roll the rear fenders.
