AM/FM/CD player with 7-band graphic equalizer, gain slider for sub-woofer amp, cobra-head shifter knob, driver selectable transmission shift points (normal or performance) traction control on/off, driver selectable suspension (normal or firm), 12-way adjustable power front seats with 9-switch control panel shared between the 2 seats.

Thrasher Modular Pulley System on the Eaton M62 Supercharger. Components are pulley, hub, screws and custom-made aluminum spacer. Unlike the M90 Supercharger found on the supercharged Series II 3800 engine where the pulley has a tapered hole and is held on with a high pressure press fit, the M62 uses a key and key-way with a large nut to hold the pulley in place. There are modular pulley systems available for the M90 but nothing available for the M62 so what I did is use a hub and pulley that are meant for the Magnuson replacement M90 Nose Drive which uses the key and key-way system, so the hub fits right on the M62 supercharger, then with the custom-made aluminum spacer between the hub and pulley to position the pulley correctly so the supercharger drive belt lines up, and longer-than-normal screws to attach the pulley (thru holes in the spacer) to the hub, the system comes together. The theory is to be able to change to a different size pulley without having to use any special pulley-pulling tools. But this is the only pulley I have for the system and it is the smallest size currently available.

Vehicle Build Report for my bonneville. This report was produced by a GM dealer a few years ago and to be precise, it can not be called the Build Sheet. The Build Sheet is the document that actually traveled with the vehicle on the assembly line the line workers would refer to it as the vehicle was assembled and at the end of the assembly line, if you are lucky, the Build Sheet would be hidden somewhere in the vehicle. If you have not already found your bonneville's build sheet you should check where I found mine. Open the trunk and check the channel along the lower edge of the trunk. The channel is open at each end just behind where the trunk lid supports attach to the lid and since it is curved to match the lower edge of the rear window you have to look into the channel from either side, If you can see a rolled up piece of paper there are a few small access slots along the channel big enough to get a finger in and slide the piece of paper to the nearest open end. If your trunk lid has a molded carpet-like liner pry the edge up a bit to get at the access slots. The build sheet should be a large 2-part form. Let me know if you are able to find yours. I'm on my second one, since I was on the highway one day and the vehicle in front of me kicked up a rock or something hit it so hard it broke a piece about 3/8 square right out of the leading edge. so i got a new one and saved that one as a spare
