Well, i just recently sold a 98 trans am that i had on this page for about 3 weeks. It was an LS7 427 swap and powerful as hell. I found someone who wanted it and paid a little more than i did for the car so i gave it up. So for the last about week or so ive been looking online for another F-body. The critera that my new car had to have was 1, it needed to be an LS1 or better, 2 it needed to be an F-body, whether it was a corvette, a GTO, another trans am, or a camaro, 3 it had to be a 6 speed, (the trans am was an atoumatic and it was weak, well weak I guess is not the correct wording for this suped up to shit transmission, It had a 2800 TCI stall converter and a very nice shift kit, I just was not to happy with the fact that i was not in control of the shift points.) and finally 4 it needed to be black. So the search was on
And this would be what i found. It is in fact a 6 speed, its black, its a supped up ls1, and its an F-body...couldn't have gone better in my opinion.
The exterior includes the Rk sport body kit, Torque Thrust II chrome rims wrapped around with Nitto 555's (275's) A billet grill, Black out lights, t-tops, and a repaint Urathan PPG jet black with 3 coats of clear.
The interior is basically stock, black leather, power everything, and all around really comfortable
The trans is a T-56 Barg Warner with a Centerforce Dual friction stage 4 clutch, and a B&M Ripper shifter with the stock knob, an 11 Lb flywheel capable of over 700hp, Tubular subframes, and a flowmaster exhaust system.
Here are some pictures of the Camaro Next to my Brothers new Bike. This kid has literally had like 6 rockets but i think this one takes the Cake for sure
The Rocket is a CBR 929 and this damn thing does not like to stay on 2 wheels.
They are fairly dark pictures but you guys get the point. :D
And finally a couple shots of my Car next to a buddy of mine's 95 trans am.
Newest Pictures, Mod's include Custom Z28 emblems (Z06 style) New Halo Projectors (not shown in picture, 2008 corvette z06 shift knob, new center console (old one was cracked right next to the seatbelt :(

Now although it is not heavily modified it still has some get up an go. The engine is an all aluminum LS1 with Patriot Preformance heads, a SLP MAF sensor,SLP lid, K&N air filter, SLP cold air intake stainless steel duct, bellow kit, Corvette Fuel Rail Covers, and a Tower Brace. Like i said, not to spactacular but it works well.
Overall the car handles great, it sounds great, and it get right around 28mpg so i couldn't be any happier. Its no 600hp trans am but the pontiac had flaws as well. The camaro is a 98 but it looks and drives like an 08 (if there was a such thing) Interior is flawless, speakers are amazing, power is incredible, and its a very reliable car (knock on wood). And to top it all its another camaro. Lemme know what ya think.
