Login to Add Friend This is my 1965 Pontiac Tempest project,i remember as a kid seeing all those old muscle cars roaming the streets and saying to myself one day ill have one of those of my own. Well some 30 years later my dream is becomeing true right before my own eyes .Thanks to my wonderfull wife Lucille who has patience of a saint ,well most of the time anyway and my good friend Blake who has shared countless hours of hard work with me on my project, They have made this all happen and someday i only hope that i can repay them both....Well its been 2 years and i hope to have it on the street in the summer of 2008, the way i see it all of the hard work has been done and now ill focus on finishing the inside as well as paint.if your veiwing this i hope it inspires you to start a project of your own.its got a 350 SBC transplant as you can see we removed the 215 pontiac six that was in it ,the bottom end is a 1982 corvette lt1 motor with the gm steel crank and pink rods a luniti cam with 202 edlebrock alum heads and a edlebrock duel plain alum intake with a 670 holly street avenger carb and a set of hooker super comp headers and a gran national rear neatly tucked under it.....a 350 gm tranny with a 3000 stall convertor. more pictures will follow as well as video thanks for viewing my 65 tempest.............
