Engine grounding.
The theory behind this is to create easy flow of electrons from various electrical components to the negative terminal of the battery. The body of the car is considered equivalent to the negative terminal but often has high resistance - so introducing a couple of high quality wires eases the flow of electrons and thus the burden on your battery and alternator.
This figure shows the extra grounding points I introduced (red lines).

* Alternator
* Engine block
* Throttle body
* Passenger and driver side wheel well - (this is where the headlights are grounded)
* Cab ground
And this is what it looks like in the engine bay.

Possible gains are:
* Better sound from the stereo (esp. bass)
* Increased brightness of headlights
* Increased gass mileage
* Increased low and midrange torque
* And generally better function of electric parts of the car
