my car. its a 1977 chevy nova 4 door. it has a straight 6 aligned to an automatic transmission. my future plans are to upgrade the engine to a 350carb. and leave in the auto transmission. im putting in a b&m floor shifter. as for the interior, im removing the gauges and replacing them with a set of stewart warner white face gauges. im redoing the seats and keeping in the bench seat in the front. the trunk is being welded shut due to the fact it wont open. inside will be a fuel cell ran to the original intake hole, behind the plate. it will also house a 100 shot of nitrous. the steering wheel is being replaced with a grant 14 inch racing wheel and the seat belts replaced with reproduction models.as for the exterior, all original emblems will be kept. the paint is a silver base coat followed by numerous coats of red. the nova will then have white stripes painted on it in replication of a 1967 camaro ss. the wheels and tires will be thrown aside for a set of 15 inch SS wheels from a 1969 chevy malibu chevelle. behind the wheels are home to set of brembo rotors and EBC pads. the engine will be pushed through a set of dual flowmaster mufflers out through dual exhaust ran to behind the rear tire. suspension is getting fancied with a set of leaf springs to hieghten the back for a more aggressive look. the front grill will hide a red 24inch neon tube light and the hood will obtain a new cowl and torsion pin set with wires. the audio install will consist of a pioneer headunit powering 2 sets of blaupunkt component 6 1/2" speakers. a 4 gauge EFX amp wire will deliver the amps to a Sony amplifier pushing 2 15" audiobahn subs

the bodys in straight condition, very rare to find here. it has a little surface rust but thats being taken care of

the interior, however, has seen better days. the seats are ripped majorly. the radio was installed by an idiot who left the wires hanging from under the dash. the glove box is almost in the floorboard and theres no speakers but a pioneer head unit.

the backseat is unattached and im reuphostlering the whole car, seeing out of 6 seat belts, one is in ok condition.

behold th original straight 6 that came in it. it has alot of potential but i rather not destroy the original engine, so at the time being i have a spare straight 6 on my engine stand right now. im rebuilding it to put into the nova
