This is my old '67 VW Bug. This car used to sit inside my cousin's garage, burried under boxes and lawn equipment. I bought it from him for $400. I sent the car up north to get a 1914cc engine built for it, and then to the paint shop.

This car was too dam fast. I out ran a Porsche 911 seemingly easy. I had a little trouble selling it - So many people wanted it, yt were afraid of it because they claimed it was too fast.

My mechanic wrecked it once, while taking it out for a test drive. The car got away from him and he ran into the back of a truck. I made him replace everything brand new, with nothing used. He would not work on this car again.

Coudln't keep a hubcap worth-a-dam. The car always kicked them right off, so I usually only had the fronts on when daily driving. For show, I would install the rears as well.

In the end, I wrecked it on the freeway, yet still was able to sell it for $700.
