Went to my first car show last weekend (5/17) in my wife's hometown of Mulvane, KS. I think there were around 120 cars there and they gave awards to around 60 supposedly although the awards didn't seem that long. The awards were picked by the crowd which means they picked a bunch of random people to do the judging. Anyways, I got an award (plaque) since with 50/50 odds you've got a good shot!! I was the newest car to get an award since the majority of cars were actually older classic/muscle cars. It was funny because there were about 5 or 6 late model mustangs all next to each other plus a new Ford GT and none of them won!

My bad G 136 not 146 LOL Those are 10 sec times. I guess I had a bit to much Vino lastnight and was suffering from te drunk fat finger. Yeah the Shoe runs hard, I was not expecting this car to run this fast but what a surprise Even on the street it is a Beast. In your Z what cam did you install?

Awesome vette, and thanks for the engine build story. Always great to verify the feasibility of these upgrades. Did you do all the work yourself or take it to a shop? "FLP 1 3/4" LT's and an off-road X-pipe" - do you mean SLP? Did the header upgrade give you any kick, by itself?
