My Mustang started life a Highland Green with Ivy-Gold interior and was originally equipped with a 289/3 Speed combo. The car at some point prior to my owning, received a much needed interior black-out, and a nice shade of blue. Shortly after getting settled into the car I removed the factory 3-speed in favor of a 4-Speed/Hurst swap, and within the following year replaced the old 289 with a new roller 302. This went sour in a hurry as the engine builder pretty much created a time-bomb with the heads on my new engine (welded guideplates, unhardened pushrods, taller valves for rail rockers, but with rollers instead, etc) so they kind of got beat up in a hurry, but I had the old 289 heads laying around so I had them reworked and did an at-home port job on them. Other mods include Opentracker front suspension, Shelby 1-inch UCA drop, Roller spring perches & Idler arm, Eccentric eliminators for the LCAs, Billet tie rod adjusters, KYB GR-2 shocks, LED sequential tail lights from Mustang Project, blue instrument lights, GM 1-Wire Alternator, Tri-Y Headers, K&N, Duraspark 2/HEI hybrid ignition, Pypes Violator mufflers and 2.5 inch mandrel bent, stainless steel exhaust w/ X-pipe, chrome Monte Carlo bar & Export Brace, back seat firewall, 1993 Foxbody 8.8 axle swap w/3.73 locker.
