custom “PRIV/AT” rims
I bought the Dual Shotgun Ribbed Style Hilborne Hood Scoop. This required me to cut a hole in the hood large enough that the hood would clear the hood scoop. Once the hole was cut we bought a sheet of aluminum and cut out a piece to surround the scoop and give it a mean look with riveted bolts into the hood. We also put a styro-rubber poly to fill in between the scoop and the gap in the hood to keep most of the water out during rainy days. We also bought linkage for it which we had to customize and bend the rod to deal with the customization to the car.
Spoiler was taken off an 80's style Camaro. It was in bad shape so I sanded it all down and gave it a new life. Also showing the Magnaflow exhaust which is amazingly loud. V8 Symbol came off of a Lotus Esprit Twin Turbo V8 and its a great simple addition I really cherish on this car.

I have now officially broken my transverse rear end mount for the 2nd time. Congratulate me on a job well done and another 7 hour sub frame drop to replace it. This is becoming a real problem when you are dealing with a part that should hold 450lb of torque and can’t. I would put a non-movable mount in but I am afraid I will shell out the rear end again or put some extra stress on another part that will cost more money.
I thought I broke the transverse mount for a third time but i actually tore the frame where the mount was hooked up. The the mount isnt broke but since it is ripped off the frame with part of the frame still attatched its not doing anything for it, which is why i thought i broke it again. So i have to weld up and cusomize some more. Thats what happens when a 100lb or torque gets turned into 450 lbs or torque. Oh well. So seriously, this is a mess. This is going to take a little bit more time and money than i had originally planned.

Ok, Yes i do know that this is not a rotory engine nor do i hate rotory engines. I think they are high rapping machines. But having a V8 SBC engine just ups the anty if you ask me and are much more fun to drive than the rotory engine. Nitrous has been purchased but not put on yet. This engine has been professionally built by a shop who builds engines for Nascar and Dragsters.
I have Purchased a Edelbrock Nitrous Set-up for the car but have not installed it yet.
I recently ran into a problem with the shifting knob bolt coming out and causing a s mall problem. As i was shifting into 5th gear i pushed the shifter handle up as you would usually do. Since it is a two piece shifter it pushed the actual shifter link of the transmission down into reverse, but it still looked and felt like it was in fifth gear. As i let the clutch out the tires spun backwards and took me into a spin at 60+ MPH. I don't recommend this. It is not easy on a transmission nor a rearend. Later on that night my dad finished the car off by shattering the spider-gears in the rear end. We have now put in a 4:10 set up (STOCK for all converts) for the ring and pinion and the whole yoke has been changed out. Also we replaced the rear end rubber mount TWICE because i broke it AGAIN, TORQUE WAS NOT MY FRIENDS THAT MONTH!!! You have to drop the whole subframe of the car to evenwork on any of this so 40 hours went into fixing these small problems.
