My First stereo install:

adamdirt's 1995 Isuzu Pickup

adamdirt's 1995 Isuzu Pickup

This was my very first attempt at a stereo in my truck. I do try to do everything myself and or with the help of my father so you have to start somewhere and this is what we made.

I originally had 1 MTX supercheese, Thunder 4000 or something, but my amp blew it up - go figure.

I got a rockford 10" HE after, and it was behind the drivers side seat in the custom built enclosure made by my dad and I.

A small Profile amp powers it(the same one that blew the MTX haha). My truck, being the standard cab, only had two (2!!) speakers stock so I put Blaupunkt 6x9's behind the seat in pre-fab truck-style 6x9 boxes from MTX. I replaced the factory 4" in the dash with Blaupunkt 2-ways as well.

The Deck is a single cd JVC.
