This is a project Jeep that was purchased from a salvage yard. It is a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport. This jeep was bought "totaled". Im suprised it was "totaled" as the frame was not bent, the engine, interior and everything was working fine. The damage was mostly to the body save the front axle. The front right fender was riped almost off and the windshield frame was bent. The damage looked much worse than it actually was. At the time of purchase the engine only had 25K miles, it now only has 29K. This is the second Jeep I have built, I have a blast building them and driving them.

DAMAGE:
- Roll bar bent
- Front right fender (the metal part, not just the plastic) was hanging off.
- Front bumper
- Hood latch broken, small dent in hood
- Front axle was destroyed
- Passenger front shock missing
- The soft top was ripped apart

Some of the parts needed to be replaced, a rubicon front axle was swapped in and Teraflex parts were used to replace the broken/missing parts of the suspension (already had Teraflex suspension lift). I got replacement fog lights, mirrors and hood latches to replace the damaged ones.

ENGINE:
4.0l I-6 auto
K&N Cold Air Intake (FIPK II)

AXLES:
Front: Dana 44 (from a Rubicon, has rubicon locker), Yukon 4.56 gears
Rear: Dana 44 (1 ton) with ARB locker, Yukon 4.56 gears

LIFT:
Teraflex 4" with Teraflex shocks, Adjustable upper and lower control arms Quick disconects

TIRES:
Toyo Open County MT's (measure 34"), 285x75R16 I believe are the numbers.

WHEELS:
Shiny. 16". I dont have any idea who makes them, they were on the Jeep when I got it. I think the center cap says "Ultra" I havent really researched it because I dont really care. I think they look good.

BUMPERS:
Front: Warn with Warn winch plate and a roller fairlead, need a winch still.
Rear: Custom built with tire carrier (built by my friend)

PROTECTION:
- Poison Spider Customs Rocker Knockers (rock sliders)
- Poison Spider Customs Crusher Corners
- Stearing box skid plate
- Rock Crusher Dana 44 diff cover

OTHER:
- Rhino lined exterior (DIY roll on kit)
- Neoprene seat covers, front and rear with Jeep logo
- Roll bar grab handles
- Cobra CB
- Bestop replacement soft top (This Jeep came with a hard top, I later saw it for sale on KSL.com, I didnt want to pay the $800 the guy wanted for it.)
- Rugged Ridge 7" fender flares (Replaced with OEM fender flares)
- 1.25" Wheel spacers
