This is a project Jeep that was purchased from a salvage yard. It is a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport. This jeep was rolled over and "totaled". At the time of purchase the engine only had 25K miles, it now only has 29K. The latest project is trying to get rid of a very annoying vibration coming from the front. After many hours of my friend and I adjusting the front axle and test driving we have got it pretty close. Im thinking my drive shaft may not be properly balanced. Maybe time to get a Tom Woods :)

DAMAGE:
- Roll bar bent
- Front right fender (the metal part, not just the plastic) was hanging off.
- Front bumper
- Hood was bent
- Front axle was destroyed
- Passenger shock missing, coil hanging off.
- The soft top was ripped apart
- Both full hard doors bent inward
- Tail gate would not open

Some of the parts needed to be replaced, a rubicon front axle was swapped in and Teraflex parts were used to replace the broken/missing parts of the suspension (already had Teraflex suspension lift). The front bumper was cut down and works for now until I get a new bumper. I got replacement fog lights and mirrors to replace the damaged ones. Everything else was bent back into position. The roll bar, doors, hood and tailgate are all the original parts bent back into position and are working great. I question the integrity of the roll bar now that it has been bent in the event of a roll over. I am considering a new roll cage. It was leaning to the passenger side, we (a buddy and I) were able to bend it back into position, looks like new.
