UPDATE 8/23/09: My biological birth giver sent this vehicle to the crusher without my knowledge. May my baby rest in peace.

Thelma is a fun car to drive. Her favorite 8-track is Creedence Clearwater Revival's Creedence Gold. Unfortunately, she dislikes Wal-Mart stores a great deal. While on a road trip, her starter died at the Wal-Mart in Ukiah, California. A few weeks later, her selenoid and battery cables shorted out and melted at the Wal-Mart in Napa, California. She's been parked in the corner for bad behavior until I have time to replace all the melted parts.

Thanks! I LOVED that car and her twin in white. Unfortunately for me, while I was ill and in San Francisco, my mother sent 26 of my vehicles to the salvage yard including my Diamond Jubilees, my Vista Cruisers, my Bronco, my F250, my Toyota pickups, my Corolla wagons . . . all of them were crushed without my knowledge. I'm still grieving the loss. My dad and I are in shock!! The idea that a woman could be so evil and so heartless is simply unbelievable. $50,000 in vehicles gone. And she thinks it was perfectly within her right because the cars were on her property. I don't think I'll ever forgive her. I had been hunting for those 2 birds since I was old enough to say "Thunderbird." It should be a crime for anyone to destroy these collectible cars. But there is nothing I can do now but start over and hunt for more, but I'll always miss collection.
