06/05/2007: One full year without an update heh! I sold all the Kinetic stuff because the car wasn't running correctly. I also sold my wheels and bought a staggered Brock B1 set up (16x7.5 up front and 16x9 on the rear) and some Falken 512 to go on them. I removed all the body kit and gonna be putting my shaved front bumper (no sidemarkers) along with the euro lip I bought a year ago. I bought a 2.8 24v engine from a wrecked 2005 GTI and gonna use my 12v tranny because it has a LSD.
15/03/2006: Car has been garaged for 5 months now. Lot of new things done. Kinetic Motorsport turbo kit installed, SS braided brake lines, new hard lines, prothane bushings, battery relocated to the trunk and many more...
29/08/2005: Lot of new things check pics (updated) and page 2 for new mods.
15/01/2005: A lot of work is being done on the car. The windows have been untinted, the passat moonroof is installed, the engine bay has been cleaned and will probably be paint to match the car color (it's black right now). I also bought a Schrick manifold powdercoated black and some CAT 268 cams. I will maybe chrome the manifold and the engine valve cover. Soon the front bumper will be removed and sent to paint shop along with the rad support. I will also order a set of new fog lights soon.
17/12/2004: The car is stored for the winter and I'm currently switching the sunroof for a Passat moonroof.
30/09/2004: European headlights bought on eBay installed, pretty damn difference.
25/09/2004: Leather interior fitted in.
23/09/2004: Custom cold air intake bought on eBay and ABD big bore intake installed.
26/08/2004: Erebuni fiberglass kit fitted and painted.
13/08/2004: 17" BBS like hypersilver wheels with polished lip wearing 205/40/ZR17 Toyo Proxes.
29/07/2004: Polyurethan bushings everywhere, Bilstein rally front gas shocks.
06/07/2004: VR6 swap from a '95 Jetta GLX and VR6 catalytic converter.
25/05/2004: Neuspeed sport springs installed.
17/05/2004: Rhino muffler installed because my dad doesn't like big sound.
I bought the car for 7 300$ in july 2003. Back there it was a black Corrado G60 with some 16" Fastwheel wheels wearing Toyo Proxes, Neuspeed strut bar, 2.5" cat-back exhaust system and a Mara muffler. It wasn't in bad shape, but it needed some work indeed. So while repairing it I decided to tune the engine: I bought Neuspeed camshaft, HP kit, Chip and P-flow. I also converted it to 5 lugs and changed the rear shocks with BOGE ones. Everything was going like I wanted. The day my car was ready everything fucked and it all went bad so I sent the car to RMR Autosport. They tried to rebuild the motor etc and nothing went better so they credited us. I had painted the car meanwhile and decided to buy a VR6 with the money. As for the wheels, well befored the mods my car was fitted with 17" Konig Monsoon and once I swaped to 5 lugs, I bought some stock Rado wheels.
