I am 17 years old and just bought a 1984 XE Falcon and have been working on it for the last couple of months.
I want to rebuild the motor soon once i get some money together, just the usual like cam and lifters and some head work
has already had some head work, Took off 40thou
Acid washed and bead blasted
New guides, seals and seats
used my valves as they were ok.
replaced the welsch plugs, sump and timing cover gasket, front seal and rear main.
2 inch lukey exhaust from the motivator extractors. and other little bits.
as for the out side, its been lowered on king springs super lows all round ,clear tail lights and front corner lights. probly keep the stripes as ya dont seem to see to much S PAC's around any more. also want to get the windows tinted as dark as legally can. respray all the black bumpers, includingg the lower lip.
as for the interior, i have a n fairmont ghia style steering wheel and i have a racing gear knob and gear boot.already have nice sheep skin seat covers that cost 220$, LTD center console and rear seats, bluey/grey fairmont door trims and chrome inner door handles. and other small things.. my mate gave me a interior metal venetion blind, wich we will get done some time soon.. the interior was all beige but were changing it to all black and Grey as you can see by the mixed match colors in the photos
one day ill worry about the stereo. nothin much of it now
