This is my '74 International Scout 2. The highlight of this Scout is the Coil-Over conversion. The leaf springs were tossed in favor of a 4-link coil-over setup.
stock 345 gets the power to the ground through the T-18/D20 combo. The front axle is a high pinion D44 from a ford that had to be converted to a passenger side drop. Rear is a built nine inch. Both axles contain 4.27 gears and ARB lockers. A full compliment of Autometer gauges in a custom aluminum dash let me know what's going on. Hydraulic ram assist keeps the big 37's pointed where I want them.
All buttoned up for winter (left). Fenders trimmed a bit (still more needed), and a bikini for the nice weather(right).
