  This car boogies!!

I haven't dyno'd it and I don't have any plans in doing so but it's quick with fully adjustable shocks and Suspension techniques anti-sway bars to hug the curves.

There are many mods under the hood. Its got a T4 Garret 1.0 Turbo

connected to a 3" stainless steel exhaust from Racing Beat. 3MM apex seals inside.

Turbonetics' Godzilla BOV to release the pressure piped thru a 4" front mount custom intercooler from Spearco.

Engine performance is managed by Haltech's E6 for the rotary.

I experimented with different Turbine housing before i settled on .69.  It gave good spool-up characteristics.  The haltech E6 was quite flexible.  The ignition and Fuel trim came in handy.

Only the bare essential gauges - Boost and EGT.

Racing Beat's four barrel Holley Intake manifold.  Can you say, "Frankenstein"?

Here's my guesstimated 400hp kit.

As I mentioned earlier, I didn't dyno it, but it sure felt fast.  Off the line, I scared the @#$% out of my self many nights.  It wasn't the most fuel efficient, but that might have something to do with the way i drove it.  I'm sorry, I couldn't help it.  Everytime the turbo kicked in...well, you know....  :)))

Sweet FC you got there, I know the joys of a turbo and there really isn't anything out there like it. From what other commenters have said it looks like you were tossing around the idea of a v8 swap? If you were to do it you just have to make sure you mount it low and far back, modifying the firewall if necessary. Also I know you said you wern't planning on dynoing but I'd highly recommend it, I personally know a couple guys here in town that own shops and their customers always leave happy knowing what they have. Very nice ride. Sounds like you have been tearing up your Canadian roads with the engine changes you've been going through. Hope the V8 works out. That should really give you some muscle. I also have my ride in the garage doing more upgrades for a show at B.C. Place in Vancouver at the end of May.

Sweet ride man. Like the other guy said, don't do the V8. Buy another body with a blown motor and stick a V8 in it if you really want one.The car looks nice, keep the rotory in it. However, the V8 would be sweet too. I think I might put one in my '79.
