My Saab 93 Aero Sport Saloon.I bought her in May 2006. I previously owned a Vauxhall Vectra 2.2 150BHP Hatchback. The Saab was suggested to me by my son. I must admit that Saabs had never really appealed to me but I had obviously not paid enough attention to the 93 Sport Saloon !

My wife took an instant liking to the Aero..which is good because she doesn't usually take any interest at all in the cars I buy. Anyway the first time I drove one I knew I had to have one.. It was the first time I had driven a car with a Turbo...and I was hooked.

Eventually found my Aero after looking at numerous examples...She is Jet black with the full leather Parchment interior,elctrically heated/adjustable seats,Sat Nav, 6 CD Changer,electrically heated foldable mirrors...all the toys apart from a sunroof. I have added the US spec front markers to make it look a little different over here in the UK.

In the two years I have owned her I have gone to BSR stage 1 with a JR sports filter.. alleged to 247BHP but never had her on a Dyno to confirm it...but it feels like it ! Koni FSD with Hirsch sports springs help to keep her true round the twisties and a host of mcguires products help keep her looking the part on the outside.

Future plans are... Powder coat the alloys, tinted windows and a dual exit exhaust.

Dual Exhaust installed this week. I went with the Saab 2.8 V6 Exhaust and rear skirt to keep it looking...well,Saab! I did look at the aftermarket options as well as a custom powerflow system but decided to keep with the 2.8 system. I think I made the right choice !

Drilled and Grooved Discs all round..... Not a massive difference in braking but looks a lot better !!!!
