i have here my car hauler/work/mud truck. it is a 1987 dodge powerram.i bought this truck for a steal from a guy for $500 then turned around and sold the tires off of it for $200 which makes it a $300 truck with a rust free body and a severely overheated 318 2barrel in which i was not told about when i bought it but found out when i got it running and it had about 10horsepower and would shake the whole truck when in gear did a compression check and had 3cylinder at 70lbs. not like it matters much since i planned on an engine swap anyway. As for the new monster that i am currently installing and modifying to work in this old truck is a 1994 360 magnum from a dodge ram 4x4 ,this engine has 175'000 miles on it but i trust it for another 100k runs great and should be alot stronger than the old low compression 318 2barrel and get the same if not better gas mileage not to mention sound better and be alot more fun to drive.i have the engine in and bolted up and am in the process of installing a fuel tank with pump from a 1995 dodge ram and installing wires and the factory fuel lines from the 95 truck, i still have to have some help on getting it all wired correctly but i was told that it would be fairly easy with this engine and ECU because it can stand alone. mods are going to be headers and a homemade intake with a K&N cone, and duals with flowmasters. body mods include some white duplicolor patches all over wher the paint was worn and surface rust was starting but it does look alot better with the white patches than the rust i think will have more pics soon. i am also doing custom interior with a 94 dodge ram 40/20/40 seat. and new carpet and newer door panels as well as paint the dash charcoal to match everything. i will update pictures and info as soon as i can, i havent been able to work on this in about a month. but its coming home real soon so i can dig in again.thanks for looking.Greg
