MY last petrol powered volvo..V70R with some tasteful upgrades.
Namely clear jewel lamps/lenses off a 2003 c70 t5 4100k hid and ballasts.
2.75" cat back stainless pipes from bsr sweden and a 3" kemira race cat and downpipe to mate to my rebuilt TD04HL-18T Mitsubishi turbo
RICA "310" ECU upgrade to give it a bit more flexibility!!
All the rest was left as standard as the R is already pretty good apart from the ds2500 pads fitted which sharpened up the braking.
This replaced my 1998 s70 t5 ex Notts police car which I sold to Gary ( siamblue)on this site.Pics are the white one in my gallery.This was pretty well modified from exhaust to ecu,wheels to wiper arms
This one really shows off the jewel lamps and lenses.Opted for the same wire mesh grill and s40 slash badge as on my earlier t5 as it worked so well.

Clear jewel volvo only supplied headlamps and indicators using osram diadem clear bulbs that flash orange
Slashed central support and relocated horns to supply a little more (5%) flow to the intercooler and rads
Boss XTR 17's with kumho ecsta 215/40/zr17 rubber over ebc turbogroove discs and redstuff pads

Hid's on/fogs off
Hid's off-sidelights on with fogs
The business end with volvo strubrace...cheaper than OMP etc....
Thanks to Duane in Coventry for the reverse i/c pipe..mandrel bent to perfection-fits standard hoses with a little work but nice with the 15psi BOV
