Anyway, it's in fairly good shape with only minor exterior rust and it still runs and drives great. This little bunny's got over 250,000 Miles and it's got a 4-speed manual, which still works pretty well.
As with any car it's age, it does have it's fair share of problems that need to be fixed. Right now, it's having a very serious problem with water leaking into the interior. I can't leave this car uncovered in the rain eitherwise the whole passenger side will end up flooded again. That's the only major problem I see so far. After that, there's minor cancer rust on the rear quarter panels and it needs to be repainted. So it's not a major restoration and considering who in demand these old rabbits are, I wouldn't have to put too much work into it to increase it's value.
I'm not sure at this point if my dad will keep it or sell once it's finished. I wouldn't mind driving it myself for a while. Sorry about the crappy pictures, when I get I promise I'll post better ones.
Restoration To do list:
* Fix interior water leak
* Repair rust damage on rear quarter panels
* New paint job
* New carpet and headliner
