Da Beast, My 1987 GMC Sierra Classic.  Originally purchased as a work truck for my home in Marshall, Texas.  I began to reconstruct it from a working truck to a show truck that can still do the work when needed.  Everything on Da Beast has been changed out and it's a rolling car show.  With trophies to prove it!!!

My Latest projects were to convert my truck and my Jeep to run on half gas and half hydrogen.  Both have been successfully converted and my gas mileage has gone through the roof on both vehicles.  Thus the logo on each of my vehicles HHO.  Estimated fuel economy 24 Hwy 17 city.  Noticeable increase in horsepower and a cleaner throttle body is maintained as a direct result of the cleaner burning properties of hydrogen with unleaded gasoline.

So ask yourself why can't Auto manufacturers put this on the maket???  The answer Oil companies pay money under the table to stop them from doing so...

The first photos of Da Beast were recieved by way of a email in St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands when I saw an ad the it was for sale in a Thrifty Nickel (American Classified) publication on line.

Here are the origianl photgraphs:

In January of 2004 I purchased the truck after inspecting it in person.  The work began and has yet to stop to this day!

The engine had to be cleaned and all visible signs of rust removed.  The AC was converted to run on R134 coolant and has been blowing ice eversince.

Next: The power preventing "Y" type exhaust system is gone!

There's nothing that robs a V8 more of it's power than that of a single "y" type exhaust sytem.  A V8 engine is made to run and the built up back pressure needs to be released.   My first order of business a dual exhaust system with twin Catalytic converters ( Gotta stay legal) and twin Flow master tuned turbo mufflers.  That sweet growl lets you know you got it right!

The Steering wheel not only must look right?

It has to feel right!  The entire front end bushing and fittings were replace with high energy polyeurethane parts to give the Beast control.  It has a tighter more responsive handling and believe me the power this thing has its very much needed...

I covered the original cracked dash with a Dashboard cover from J.C. Whitney and a installed the Grant steering wheel.  (SOON I'LL BE INSTALLING L.E.D. INSTRUMENT BULBS)

I removed the old nasty seats and replace with a Qualitex seat system also has driver side lumbar support.  Me being a Disabled Veteran with a fused back that's a big plus...

The carpet was removed and the flooring was resurfaced with Bedliner and rubber floormats to allow easy cleaning.  Carpet is cool but cleanliness to me is everything!

Da Beast received a paint job some nice accentuating addition to the exterior and the transformation was just beginning.

Pyramid 400 watt 4X10s tucked in next to the subs...

I installed it all of it.  A total of 1100 watts of power and nice back massging sound.

Then it was time to take the show on the road and see what people think.  I began going to car shows religiously.  Prior to that the Gas prices jumped through the ceiling and I momentarily had to Park this monster.  I began to research methods to save gas and I became aware of the use of Hydrogen gas to help fuel your vehicle, clean the throttle, body and emission systems.  Best of all these systems give you 50 - 60 percent better mileage. I immediately bought the plans and installed the device on Da Beast.  The device is shown below:

Da87Beast's 1987 GMC 1500 Series     Da87Beast's 1987 GMC 1500 Series

This is a Hydrogen (HHO) On Demand Generator.

What it does is create hydrogen gas using water and 12v power from your alternator/battery and the Hydrogen is sucked into your throttle body or carbeurator to be burned with gasoline.

The end product of burned hydrogen is WATER!!!

Knowing this was all nice, the work to restore and display Da Beast can never stop.  Improvement and modification has to be a constant flow to keep Da Beast competitive, dependable, and an example of my determination.

The GMC Logo was restyled if you look closely you'll see flames.  Around the words you can also see engraved flames.

All this glamour has to protected:

The factory adhiesive pads were long gone when Da Beast became mine.  The pads were replaced with bed liner spray and touched up a bit with red paint for a custom touch.

Decal work:

Da87Beast's 1987 GMC 1500 Series My first decal didn't like it much so it had to go but it got me a trophy!  East Texas Blastoff Car Show (2009)_

Now these decals I like.  But they maybe replaced with something special in time...

This worked out just fine for my next show:

Da87Beast's 1987 GMC 1500 Series My first, first place trophy at the Longview Car Show (2009).

I want more of these!

Prior to winning my First place trophy I had to do some serious engine compartment work.  Here's how it started and concluded, for now???

Okay but I can and will do better...

The Black front strap was cool but I liked the camoflage to match the rest.

Time for a bit more competition:

Liberty club members make a habit of winning trophies  due to our hard work and attention to detail Shane got 1st place for his Bug.  All he does is get 1st or 2nd!

That's a nice lil collection of Bling for the truck and my hard work.  Of Course I want more...

To get more you need more:

Da Beast has now gotten some sponsors and is seeking more sponsors to transform it's winning ways into natural course of doing business...

Forced to have better:

My latest projects were to convert my truck and my Jeep to run on half gas and half hydrogen.  Both have been successfully converted and my gas mileage has gone through the roof on both vehicles. Now even my Chvy Venture Van hasbeen modified to run on HHO Thus the logo on each of my vehicles HHO.  Estimated fuel economy 24 Hwy 17 city.  Noticeable increase in horsepower and a cleaner throttle body is maintained as a direct result of the cleaner burning properties of hydrogen with unleaded gasoline.

So ask yourself why can't auto manufacturers put this on the market???  The answer No!  Oil companies pay money under the table to stop them from doing so...
