Hey guys I'm Blaine. I live in Blountstown Fl. and I drive a 2004 Dodge Neon i have the latest underglow kit by streetglow The "Lightstike". i have 16" IC-W rims wrapped around Toyos. not much is done to my car, and im still trying to find a kit what will suit my car perfectly. and i get all my stuff from www.modernperformance.com this is a website that has almost everything your a dodge neon and the srt-4 well hit me up and tell me what you think for a first timer.
