everyone from my high school knows this car by its name, many chicks have ridden in it.
i know this poor old girl looks rough...so ill tell ya why.
the previous owner from grand ledge wrecked it, and the story i got is that he hit a parked car...WTF? in doing so the glass was missing from the headlights replaced by macrylon plexiglass taped onto them, not much i could do here because every time it rained the bulbs burnt out, so i taped them up neatly with good clear tape. the grille was gone the radiator f***ed up and after fixing was missing 7 rails where the fan rubbed holes, the front end shoved back, so i pulled it back out as straight as i could with a come-a-long hooked up to my truck(the 1976). the bumper shocks were shot so i had to weld them staitionary so they wont keep returning when i hit shit. i hit a lot of shit. we bought it for 200 dollars for a derby car but i needed somethin to get to football pratice, ended up drivin it for another year, i painted the confederate flag on the roof, and i have a pic of a flag i painted on my best buddies 1990 cutlass ciara dubbed the general weldon(his last name)i had to put in a stereo system to go along with the pioneer hea that was already in it(theres my money's worth from the car in the first place) i cut out the rear speaker deck with a sawzall to fit two 6x9's and two 6.5 subs powered by their own 100 watt amp, they actually pounded hard! then i had a visonik 10 inch sub with its own 200 watt insignia amp i got at a pawn shop $40. my friend threw a walnut one time breaking atail lens, which got me pulled over 3 times before i fixed that. the car had lighting issues, the taped headlights were dim and tended to point up in the air and eventually cross eyed. so i added driving lights i later welded on a 4 inch 40 gauge steel pipe as a bumper aafter loosing the fascia/underspoiler in two drifting accidents in the winter, so i took the lower fenders off too b/c they flapped in the wind, then i jacked up the rear that had bad shocks(felt like a caddy tho) with scrap exhaust pipe clamp to the actual shock rods. i cut the exhaust off and had a turbo 2 cherry bomb muffler with the tip coming out in front of the rear tire. later i got an exhaust leak in front of the cat that also got me pulled over 3 more times. ive been pulled over 9 times in that car not a ticket for one! only been pulled over once in the 1990, which i bought by this time and was working on it. this can go on and on and on so ill just some you some f the pics now thankyou for checkin the outlaw out!
UPDATE!!! THIS OLD BEAST HAD A GOOD TRANNY WHICH IS NOW IN MY 90 SO THIS ONE DOESNT ROLL ON ITS OWN ANYMORE, BUT IF ANYONE NEEDS A GOOD ENGINE WHICH WOULD BE A 1988 3 ENGINE CODE BUICK 231 3.8L( NOT THE SAME AS THE NEWER 3800) ALL COMPLETE LET ME KNOW ILL GIV IT CHEAP! ALSO, ANY PARTS SUCH AS ANY GLASS AND WINDOW MOTORS AND STUFF LIKE THIS LET ME KNOW THEYLL GO CHEAP TOO, ALL GREAT PARTS, SO IF YOUR ANYWHERE NEAR MICHIGAN WHERE THE CAR IS OR ANYWHERE NEAR OKLAHOMA WHERE I AM, WE CAN EASILY WORK SOMETHING OUT SO LET ME KNOW IF ANY ORIGINAL PARTS ARE NEEDED
