Hey it's been a while since I've done an update so I figured it was about time. Since the last time I put new pictures up, I have added a few things (painted my box, installed new speakers, got new front seat covers) so I thought I might as well do an update. These pics are of Feb 18/2003, there should be even more work coming soon, so remember to always check back.

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida The right rear of my car... as you can tell I lost a hubcap not too long ago, kinda pisses me off but adds to the comedy factor of this car

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida The right front... not much different from the right rear wouldn't you say?

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is the front left, ain't it beautiful?

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Check out the ass on this bitch

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is a dark but off-angle pic of my new seat covers. They have flames on em and I got em from Canadian Tire. The Hot Wheels logo that was embroidered in the top really bugged me because it was too bright so I colored it in with a black marker

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida A better angle but terrible lighting. You can see the Hot Wheels logo here. When I bought these, that logo was silver and really annoying

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida My trunk leaks like a bastard and it was making my box waterlogged so I got rubberized undercoat and sprayed my whole box with it. It didn't turn out the greatest, but it really should help keep the water out.

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida A different angle of my system. I am not sure how well the undercoat is working at keeping the box dry, but in my experience it does work pretty good if you spray it on properly. I did do a decent job, it's just not totally even.

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida NEW 6X9'S!!! Yeah I bought them on sale just after christmas and they are great. They are 3 way Pioneer 6x9's, not sure of the model but I think its TS-A6975. Here is one of them insatlled in the right side of the rear deck.

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is the one in the left side. These things were a bitch to install, had to rip out the whole back seat and take a jigsaw to the rear deck to cut out enough metal to make these things fit. Was a lot of work and took a few days, but the result was worth it.

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is the right speaker with the grille off. I usually keep them on to keep them safe and I think it looks better anyway, but I wanted a pic with em off

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is the left speaker with the grille off. For fairly cheap low-end speakers, these things sound wicekd. They really bring up the sound stage and make the highs a lot clearer and more defined. They aren't the best, but certainly way better than stock.

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is a picture of one of the speakers from outside of the car. I don't know why I am putting this picture here, probably just because I can

mega_hz's 1982 Toyota Cressida Here is a pic of both speakers with the grilles off from outside of the car. Again it's another pointless pic, but I felt like putting it up anyway. Between the speakers you can see my cell phone, it's an LG TM-520 from Telus, it kicks ass.

That's all I have for now, and like I've said a million times, keep on checking back for updates!
